RIM Works on Wi-Fi Blackberry Phone

RIM is reportedly developing a Wi-Fi Blackberry phone device. The device will enable users to experiment with Voice over IP as well as get email on their networks, while in the office.

The device will also apparently include GSM/GPRS. This will allow the device to use whichever wireless networking option is most appropriate at the time.

No release date for such a Blackberry has been announced and no price has been given.
