The published specifications include Bluetooth, quad-band GPRS/EDGE, 64MB RAM, a 1.3-megapixel camera, and MiniSD slot. The battery time seems good with 4 hours in digital mode with 8 days of standy. The RAZR will run on Windows Mobile 5.0.
