Oprah gave away a video iPod and a Blackberry with three months of service to an audience full of Hurrican Katrina relief workers on the "My Favorite Things" episode of the Oprah Winfrey show.
The show was dedicated to Hurricane Katrina relief workers who were surprised to find out they were on the Favorite Things episode.
Other gifts Oprah gave to the volunteers included UGG boots, $498 Ralph Lauren cashmere sweaters, Sarah Jessica Parker’s new scent, 'Lovely,' Fox & Obel oatmeal cookie dough, which Winfrey dubbed "the perfect cookie," and more.
Winfrey told her audience "Nobody deserves it more than these true American heroes."
