Supreme Court Refuses To Hear RIM Appeal

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - January 23, 2006

RIM faced another loss on Monday when The Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal from the maker of the BlackBerry in the long-running battle with NTP over patents for the email device.
