Another BlackBerry Outage?

According to numerous reports yesterday, it appears that there was some kind of BlackBerry outage. The outage lasted from about 6:30pm EST yesterday, and lasted until 2am this morning. RIM said the outage affected 18% of RIM BIS 2.x customers. This is really unacceptable for RIM. Perhaps it's just growing pains but if this keeps up, they're going to make a lot of people very, very frustrated.
