U.S. prosecutors in New York are reviewing stock option grants given by BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd. RIM said it intends to cooperate with the U.S. prosecutors and will cooperate with any requests for information. This is not the first time that RIM's stock option grants have been questioned. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission already has a formal investigation into how RIM granted options in the past.
