Barack Obama may be forced to give up his BlackBerry. Until now, Obama has seemed to be addicted to his BlackBerry. He has been seen with it on a regular basis and it is rarely far from his side.

According to the New York Times, the days of emailing on his BlackBerry maybe over due to the "Presidential Records Act, which puts his correspondence in the official record and ultimately up for public review, and the threat of subpoenas."
