BlackBerry Storm 2 coming to Verizon in six months

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - May 28, 2009

Although recent rumors said the BlackBerry Storm 2 would be out soon, it looks like we'll have to wait a little longer to see the new Storm. According to BlackBerryNews, Verizon officially announced plans to sell the new Storm in 6 months. So much for a summer release.

"In a webcast this morning Verizon Wireless officially stated it plans to start selling a new version of the touchscreen BlackBerry Storm in about six months. This was announced by Lowell McAdams the top executive for the venture of Verizon Communications Inc and Vodafone Group Plc."
