Stitcher radio now available for BlackBerry Curve 8900

Stitcher is now available for Blackberry Curve 8900s. 8900 users can download the app at www.stitcher.com/dl. This version of Stitcher will soon be available in BlackBerry App World™.

"We are excited to offer Stitcher to an even wider group of BlackBerry users,” said Stitcher CEO and co-founder Noah Shanok. “We received a huge number of requests for Stitcher on the 8900 so we moved the model to the top of our ‘new platform list’."

Stitcher was introduced into BlackBerry’s App World in May 2009 after a very successful year as an iPhone app. The app is now available on the Storm, Curve 8300, 8310, 8320, 8900 and Bold 9000 and will continue to roll out for additional BlackBerry models, as well as, other new mobile platforms.
Additionally, Stitcher is set to launch version 1.2 in early July. This update includes; full seek functionality, improved handling of longer shows and support for Bluetooth® streaming.
