BlackBerry 8520 launches on Vodafone in the UK

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - August 13, 2009

The BlackBerry 8520 is making its way around the world. Vodafone has launched the 8520 and is giving it away for free as long as you have a monthly plan of £25 or more.

"You're always connected with the BlackBerry 8520 Curve, Emails, IMs and Facebook updates come to you - instantly. One touch takes you straight to music, video and calls. And when you need to find stuff fast, just glide a finger over the laptop-style trackpad.

There's a full keyboard too - so email's a breeze. It works with all the big web email services, making it easy to get your messages and attachments.

Want to keep on top of your social network? Book tickets? Check your eBay auctions? You'll find an app for just about everything. There's no compromise on looks either - the sleek, curved style fits in anywhere."
