RIM updates BlackBerry IM Clients

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - September 23, 2009

RIM has updated all of its Instant Messaging clients for AIM, Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, and ICQ. All versions are now 2.5.

All of your BlackBerry IM cliets are OS 5.0 compatible and have some new features.

Version 2.5 features better integration with the BlackBerry address book. The new IM clients now have conversation search functions as well as a larger selection of emoticons. There is even a new feature that allows you to save a favorite contact as a home screen icon. Cool!

You can download the new IM clients at the links below.
