RIM has released a short video comparing the BlackBerry PlayBook's web browser to Apple iPad's Safari browser. The PlayBook fairs pretty well as it renders pages quickly in the side by side test. The real advantage, according to RIM, is the Flash compatibility on the PlayBook. Apple has decided not to support Flash so pages with Flash content come back with errors on the iPad. The PlayBook on the other hand, shows all Flash content. |
