Research in Motion announced today that it is accepting app submissions from PlayBook app developers, even though there is no release date for the PlayBook. RIM is doing a nice job of keeping the PlayBook in the news despite the fact that we have no real expected release date, and prototype devices have not been widely tested by the media. The PlayBook is on the way, but when?
