This has to be the most ridiculous BlackBerry story we've heard. It appears that Washington D.C. is using stimulus money, provided by tax payers, to give smokers a BlackBerry to help them quit smoking. What?! The program is run by the American Legacy Foundation. The smokers would use the BlackBerry smartphones to gain 24/7 text support and help connect with others trying to quit. As John McEnroe would say, "YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!"
