Is Verizon set to offer Push-To-Talk to its BlackBerry Tour 9630 users? BGR reports that it has been tipped off by an insider who says an OS 5.0 upgrade for the Tour 9630 will hit in 2-3 weeks. Along with the upgrade will come Push-To-Talk on Verizon's network. The feature will cost $5 per month.
