BlackBerry users are suffering through another day of a BlackBerry outage. According to DataOutages News, BlackBerry users are on the second day of an outage without any comment from RIM.
The outage affects all North American carriers, and affects BIS and BES. It appears that users with WiFi can sometimes get data to work, but users without WiFi are completely out of luck.

"Day 2of this outage. No update, no RIM statements… just the same continuance from yesterday’s data issues.
Again, this is affecting devices on all North American carriers, BIS and BES, and it appears to be only devices on WiFi, wherein data works “sometimes” when connected via WiFi; no data when WiFi is disconnected."
