BlackBerry Bold heading for Verizon in May

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - April 01, 2010

Verizon users will be getting the successor to the BlackBerry Tour 9630 in May according to a screencap from Bank of America. BGR has managed to get his hands on the screencap of the internal Bank of America website that says Bank of America employees can order new handsets which will be available at Verizon in May.

The new handset will be called a BlackBerry Bold, not a BlackBerry Tour 2. We've heard multiple rumors that the Tour line of BlackBerry handsets is being phased out in favor of the Bold line. The BoA website seems to confirm that.
