The eBay app for BlackaBerry has been very popular, but it has been in beta until now. The eBay app is finally out of beta and is an official app. RIM has announced the app is finally official, and is available in six countries outside of North America including France, Germany, Australia, Italy, Spain and the UK.
The eBay app allows users to do the usual bidding and browsing, but also includes the following features:
Receive alerts when there’s a change in an item’s status2
View and reply to messages sent by buyers
Get calendar reminders and email notifications for listing end dates
Pay for an item using PayPal®3
Search by keyword, item number, category, price and more
Review your sale items, view items that have sold, and relist items
