This news is a little old, but I wanted to make note of it. BlackBerry Internet Services apparently suffered ANOTHER outage over the weekend. The service was definitely down in Honolulu on Saturday night, but it appears it was also down for the rest of the country. Many people were complaining that they couldn't use their BBs.

This time it wasn't only email that was affected, but all data services were down. The outage last several hours and rendered everyone's BlackBerry basically useless.

Time to move to another platform that is not so centrally controlled folks. Bummer.
