BlackBerry Radio launched in Beta Zone

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - February 04, 2011

RIM has launched BlackBerry Radio in the Beta Zone for select customers in the US. The app integrates other existing radio apps in an effort to make it easier to find the music you want. What? It's supposed to provide one streamlined interface to make managing music easier.

With BlackBerry Radio, you can access popular digital radio services from one place. For example, users can choose from preset genre-based radio channels provided by popular radio services. BlackBerry Radio features a combination of Internet radio (including Slacker) and terrestrial radio (including Clear Channel, Corus, and others). Music discovery from within BlackBerry Radio is also simple, as you can choose from a variety of genres like Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, R&B, Jazz and more, with just one click.

If you're a BlackBerry Beta Zone member you can get the app in the Zone. If you're not already a member you can sign up at the link below.
