Whatsapp for BlackBerry has been updated and BGR has a walkthrough. Whatsapp is one of the most popular cross platform texting clients that aim to make carriers exorbitant SMS pricing history. According to BGR, the new versions is "clean, it’s sophisticated, and it’s one of the better interfaces on a BlackBerry product that we’ve seen."

Let's just hope they fixed the nasty bug that affected BlackBerry users and made the phone unusable. If a users sent their location with a map to a BB user, and the BB user opened it, the phone would be in a nasty loop of trying to find the map while not letting the user do anything else. If that bug is now fixed, I'll give Whatsapp for BlackBerry another look.
