According to Chief Operating Officer Kristian Tear, Research in Motion expects to have BlackBerry 10 devices available in stores "not too long after" launch. Tear told Reuters the company is "working hard right now to make sure all the bits and pieces and all the details are in place for the date, when the devices will be available for consumers and enterprises."
The big question is what does "not long after" mean? Does that mean March like we've heard before? Or could we see BlackBerry 10 devices in stores in February 2013?
RIM says they are on track to launch in Q1 of 2013 and BlackBerry fans around the world are waiting. If BlackBerry 10 is not at least a moderate success, RIM is effectively done. Keep your fingers crossed.
