Everyone knows Research in Motion is in serious trouble these days, and it looks like the BlackBerry maker sees that something has to change. According to Reuters, RIM has hired Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy to help them work out a restructuring plan. The options on the table could include include selling assets, seeking joint ventures or licensing patents.
At least RIM is finally making some moves, but it sure seems like they waited too long to get their act together.
