If you're having trouble waiting for the BlackBerry 10 launch event in a couple of weeks, you can get an extensive walk through of the BlackBerry Z10 in this YouTube video. A German blog published the seven and a half minute video today. You will see a full walk through of the OS, including the BlackBerry Hub and user interface.

Although you will need to know German to understand what is being said, but you will get a lot of close up shots of the upcoming BB10 OS.
