BlackBerry 10 devices can run Android apps thanks to an Android runtime included in the OS. Running Android apps on BlackBerry do not look native, but they work. According to engadget, the Android compatibility layer in BB10 will be upgraded to support Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. That means Android 4.1 apps will run on BlackBerry 10 whenever the upgrade happens. Unfortunately, no official timetable for the release is known so you'll have to just stay tuned.
