BlackBerry is bleeding dollars and customers at an alarming rate, and if something is not done soon their options could run out. The BlackBerry Q10 has failed to meet expectations. "I think BlackBerry is able to survive as a niche company," said Nordberg. "But being a niche company means deciding to be a niche company. Historically, BlackBerry has had larger ambitions. But battling giants like Apple, Google and Samsung is tough."
