BlackBerry Bold coming to Sprint Q1?

There are rumors that Sprint will introduce the BlackBerry Bold to its users sometime during the first quarter of 2009. Engadget has a source who has got it right before, and they are suggesting the Bold is heading to Sprint. The CDMA version of the BlackBerry Bold would replace Sprint's BlackBerry 8830. Engadget says Sprint's Bold will "feature EV-DO Rev. A, more memory, and a revised UI to match Sprint's current corporate branding." Best Buy's earnings tank big time

The economy is hitting everyone hard and that includes Best Buy. Best Buy reported on Tuesday its earnings for the third quarter dropped by 77% over the same quarter last year. Best Buy CEO Brad Anderson has announced that Best Buy will be offering voluntary buyouts to all of its employees. If a sufficient number of buyouts are not taken, they will have to start layoffs. The BlackBerry Application Suite (BAS) is out and it's getting good reviews. BlackBerry Application Suite runs on Windows Mobile 6 devices and provides almost exactly the same experience as RIM's OS.
