Check out http://www.bongowireless.com they can unlock multiple BB's

I used BongoWireless a few times, but it works out really really expensive because you not only have to pay $100 unlocking but also shipping of your device each way which brought my bill to almost $200!

Now my company uses www.steve007.tk because they can unlock it without you having to send device to them.
